St Andrew's Day

The Year 2 children from Sherington School, joined us at St Andrew's on 30th November to celebrate St Andrew's Day. All the children were involved in various activities throughout the day - including learning Scottish dancing, face painting, cooking haggis. We also had a visit from a Scots Piper.

The children had a visit from the local fire brigade who talked to them about fire safety in the home. After the classroom session the children were able to go on the fire engine and see how everything worked.
